1.1 These general terms of purchase ("Terms") apply to all purchases you make from Elvine AB on our website www.elvineclothing.com ("Website").
1.2 An agreement is entered with Elvine AB, registration number 556540-9215, address Första Långgatan 4, 413 04 Gothenburg ("Elvine," "us," or "we").

2.1 To make a purchase, you must be legally authorized to enter into agreements under applicable law. If making a purchase on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the company and confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms and make purchases on its behalf.
2.2 After placing an order on the Website, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email, which confirms we have received your order. However, this order confirmation does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement is established only when you receive a final delivery confirmation stating that your order has been dispatched. Prior to receiving the final delivery confirmation, your order may be denied.
3.1 At the time of purchase, the prices indicated apply. All prices include applicable VAT, except in Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, where prices are stated excluding VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping fees, which are shown separately.
3.2 If the price or product information is incorrect, and you were aware or should have been aware of this at the time of purchase, the price or information does not apply to the purchase.
3.3 We strive to represent the colors and shades of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that images on our website, in ads, or in marketing materials reflect the exact appearance and qualities of the product, as screen settings may affect color representation.
4.1 We offer various payment options through our payment service providers. The available payment options and applicable terms and potential costs are shown on the Website and during checkout, read more here. Additional costs may apply depending on the payment method chosen.
4.2 When you make a purchase with us, you enter a separate payment agreement with the payment partner providing the chosen payment method. Information about each payment partner's terms for different payment options is available here and during the checkout process. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our payment partners’ data protection information. Delivery options
5.1 When making a purchase on the Website, we offer various delivery options which are shown on the Website and before you complete your purchase at checkout. For current delivery options and full information, see here.
5.2 We deliver only to EU countries as well as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Depending on your location, some delivery restrictions may apply. We do not deliver to small islands or other areas without fixed bridge connections or where global shipping companies do not normally deliver.
Shipping cost
5.3 Shipping costs apply unless otherwise stated on the Website. In Sweden, we offer free shipping. For EU countries, we offer free shipping for orders above EUR 100 or the equivalent in your local currency. For orders below EUR 100, the shipping fee is EUR 5 or the equivalent in your local currency. You can find current shipping cost information here. The shipping fee is always shown at checkout.
Delivery time
5.4 Information about delivery times is available on the Website next to each product and is calculated from the time you are notified that the item is packed and ready for shipment.
Unclaimed packages
5.5 You are responsible for accepting or collecting your delivery according to the instructions provided at the time of ordering. Packages left unclaimed at delivery points within the specified time will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we have the right to charge an administrative fee that reflects our actual handling cost. This fee may vary by country. Information on current fees for unclaimed packages is available here under "failed delivery".
6.1 From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other offers ("Offers"). Such Offers are valid only for the period specified with each Offer and under the conditions stated. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
6.2 You must enter the code or otherwise activate the Offer before completing your purchase to redeem it. If you return ordered products, it may mean that you no longer meet the conditions for the Offer, and you may need to return any gift or pay for the gift’s value. We will contact you in such cases.
7.1 You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, receives the product purchased on the Website.
Exceptions for certain products
7.2 Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This applies if you have broken the seal on products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or on products manufactured according to your specifications or with a clear personal touch. Products that deteriorate quickly or become too old are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Depreciation of used products
7.3 When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, you are allowed to open the package and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and function, as you would in a physical store.
7.4 You are entitled to cancel your purchase for a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we have the right to make a depreciation deduction. This deduction is based on the product's value upon return compared to its original purchase value. To receive a full refund, we recommend returning the product in its original condition and packaging.
How to cancel your purchase
7.5 To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days from the day you, or a representative, receives your order. In Sweden, you can easily return your item using the return label. You may also contact our customer service by emailing info@elvine.se or by calling +46 703 150 180. Alternatively, you may use our withdrawal form available here.
7.6 After you have informed us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send the product back within 14 days. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging that you received it in, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping that is due to your carelessness, for example when packaging the product.
Return shipping cost
7.7 Unless otherwise stated on the Website, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange except for incorrect deliveries or complaints. Costs may vary by country. In Sweden, we offer free returns.
Refunds
7.8 When you have returned your purchase, we will process your refund within 14 days through our payment service provider from the date you informed us of your intention to withdraw. However, we will not issue a refund until the product is returned or until you provide proof of return.
7.9 Our refund includes any shipping cost (for sending the product to you) that you paid during purchase if you return the entire order. This applies only to the standard shipping cost; extra costs for more expensive options are not refunded.
7.10 Refunds will be issued to you using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
8.1 If there is a defect in your product, you are entitled to make a claim about the faulty product. You have the right to file claims for any original defects that appear within three years from the delivery of the product (the "responsibility period"). You must always complain within a reasonable period after you noticed or should have noticed the defect. Your right to make a claim expires no later than two months after the three-year responsibility period has passed. If a longer right to make claims applies in the country where you reside, such mandatory legislation will take precedence over these terms.

8.3 When the claimed product has been received and we have determined that the claim is valid, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law.
9.1 If there is a defect in your product or if the delivery is delayed, we are liable for damages you suffer due to the defect or delay, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. However, we are only responsible for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable steps to mitigate your damages. This means that we are not responsible for damages you could have avoided by taking reasonable action.
9.2 We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as war, strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters, that we could not reasonably have foreseen (Force Majeure). If we are prevented by Force Majeure from fulfilling our obligations under the contract or these Terms, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
10.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and applied according to Swedish law. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority, or alternative dispute resolution body, the remaining parts of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms will fully remain valid and enforceable under applicable law. You are always entitled to mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the country where you ordinarily reside. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting such rights.
11.1 You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions or complaints regarding your purchase. You can easily reach us through the contact information provided at the beginning of these Terms.
11.2 In the event of a dispute with private individuals, we follow decisions from alternative dispute resolution bodies. To access the alternative dispute resolution body in your country, click here. In Sweden, you can file a complaint with the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can contact ARN via their website www.ARN.se or by sending a letter to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
11.3 As a private individual, you also have the option to complain via the EU's online dispute resolution platform, which you can find here.
11.4 Regardless of the above, any disputes may also be resolved in any competent court in the customer's country of residence. For business purchases, disputes shall be resolved in public court, with the Göteborgs tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
