We offer free shipping for orders sent to Sweden. Orders are shipped with Schenker to your closest pickup point. We do not offer home delivery in Sweden.
For EU countries, we have free shipping for orders above EUR 100 or the equivalent in your local currency. For orders below, our shipping fee is EUR 5 or the equivalent in your local currency.
We mainly use UPS home delivery for orders sent outside of Sweden. Someone at the recipient's address must sign for the delivery. If you are unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, your package will be returned to ELVINE as undeliverable.
If you live in Spain or Portugal, your order will be shipped with Fedex to your home address. If you missed your delivery, FedEx might make additional attempts to deliver your package, or for residential addresses, it may be redirected to a nearby FedEx or FedEx OnSite location for customer pickup.
If you are from Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We have the ambition to ship your order within 24 hours upon receival of your order. Normal delivery time is between 2-4 working days. The delivery time varies depending on your resident country, the magnitude of your order as well as the efforts of your local postal or UPS services.
All orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all local taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout.
Swedish VAT has been deducted for orders to Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland.
If packages are returned to us due to failed delivery caused by the customer we reserve the right to charge an administration fee that corresponds to our actual cost of handling. Reasons for failed delivery are the following:
• Addressee has moved
• No answer
• Address incomplete
• Address inaccessible
• Addressee unknown
• Refusal to accept the package
• Unclaimed package from pickup point
Our administration fee for failed delivery caused by the customer is 100 SEK för deliveries to Sweden, 15 EUR or the equivalent in your local currency for EU countries and 20 EUR or the equivalent in your local currency for Norway, Switzerland and UK.
You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt provided you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged. When returning or exchanging a product outside of Sweden, you are responsible for the postage costs, with the exception of incorrect deliveries or transport damage.
If you would like to return a product, follow the instructions on the form enclosed with your order. The Consumer Purchase Act applies when handling complaints. The distance agreement ceases automatically once the right to cancel a purchase has been exercised for a particular order. When returning or exchanging a product, you bear the cost and risk to return the product.

You can use any freight company of your choice to make your return. Just remember to save the tracking number of your parcel to keep an eye on your return. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Refunds for the returned items will be made no later than 14 days from the time we received and approved the return. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, but will be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.
You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days upon receival of your order.
If you return an unused item within 14 days, we will reimburse all payments received from you. If the product is used, we will charge you for any diminished value of the goods. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the time we received your the return.
