We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Sweden. Orders are shipped with Schenker to your nearest pickup point. Please note that we do not offer home delivery within Sweden.
For EU countries, we offer free shipping on orders above EUR 100 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency). For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is EUR 5 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency).
For orders shipped outside Sweden, we mainly use UPS Home Delivery. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable when UPS attempts delivery, your package may be redirected to a nearby UPS Access Point for pickup. Packages will normally be held for 7 calendar days before being returned to ELVINE as undeliverable.
Orders to Germany are shipped with DHL Parcel Connect to your nearest Deutsche Post / DHL service point, including parcel lockers and local pickup shops. Customers are notified via SMS or email when their order is ready for collection. Parcels are typically held for 7 days.
For orders shipped to Switzerland, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We have the ambition to ship your order within 24 hours upon receival of your order. Normal delivery time is between 2-5 working days. The delivery time varies depending on your resident country, the magnitude of your order as well as the efforts of your local carrier, e.g., UPS or DHL services.
All orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all local taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout.
Swedish VAT has been deducted for orders to Switzerland.
If packages are returned to us due to failed delivery caused by the customer we reserve the right to charge an administration fee that corresponds to our actual cost of handling. Reasons for failed delivery are the following:
• Addressee has moved
• No answer
• Address incomplete
• Address inaccessible
• Addressee unknown
• Refusal to accept the package
• Unclaimed package from pickup point
Our administration fee for failed delivery caused by the customer is 100 SEK för deliveries to Sweden, 15 EUR or the equivalent in your local currency for EU countries and 20 EUR or the equivalent in your local currency for Switzerland.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit our online withdrawal form. Once your request has been registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

If you have lost the return form included with your order, you may also download and print our withdrawal form and include it with your return shipment. This form is provided for convenience only and does not replace the online withdrawal registration.
Return form
If you return an unused item within 14 days, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (i.e. the least expensive delivery option offered at checkout).
• Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.
• If you use our prepaid return label outside Sweden, the EUR 10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping & Fees
We offer prepaid return labels for your convenience:
• Sweden: Returns are free of charge when using our prepaid return label.
• Outside Sweden: A flat fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label.
You may also choose to return the goods using a carrier of your choice. In such cases, you bear the direct cost and risk of returning the goods.
Return shipping is always free of charge in cases of incorrect delivery or defective products.
How to Return
1. Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting our online withdrawal form.
2. Complete the return slip included in your parcel. If you no longer have the return slip, you may download and print our return form.
3. Use the prepaid return label provided, or arrange shipping with a carrier of your choice.

Please note:
• We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.
• You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us, unless you use our prepaid return label.
• We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.
• Use a shipping service that supports delivery from consumer to business (“C2B”).
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (i.e. the least expensive delivery option offered at checkout).

• If you use our prepaid return label outside Sweden, the €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
